Introduction

LUXERE Laundry ("we", "our", "us") operates the LUXERE mobile application and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we may collect:

• Personal information — name, email address, and phone number, to create and manage your account.
• Delivery address — to schedule pickup and delivery of your laundry orders.
• Payment information — processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Location data — approximate or precise location, used to select nearby service areas, route pickups/deliveries, and show live order tracking. You control this through your device's location settings.
• Diagnostics and device data — device model, operating system, app version, and crash reports, used to keep the app stable and fix faults. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

How We Use Your Information

• To create your account and process laundry orders
• To coordinate pickup and delivery with our service partners
• To send order updates via push notification, SMS, email, or WhatsApp
• To process payments and prevent fraud
• To provide customer support
• To maintain and improve the reliability of the Service

How We Share Information

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• Service partners (vendors/delivery staff) — name, address, and phone number needed to fulfil your order.
• Firebase (Google) — authentication, cloud storage, crash reporting, and push notifications.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Google Maps — location and mapping services.

Every third party listed above is required, by contract and by their own published terms, to provide the same or equal protection of your personal data as is stated in this Privacy Policy. This applies equally to any parent, subsidiary, or related entity of LUXERE Laundry that has access to your data. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Tracking and Advertising

We do not track you. Your data is never used to follow you across other companies' apps or websites, and it is never shared with data brokers or advertising networks. We do not run advertising in the app, and we do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiling. We do not share your personal data with any third-party artificial intelligence service.

Data Security

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No online service is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your Rights, Consent, and Deleting Your Account

You can review and update your profile in the app at any time.

Deleting your account. You can delete your account and its personal data directly inside the app, without contacting us: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion removes your profile, addresses, and contact details.

Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw permissions at any time from your device's iOS Settings for LUXERE — location, notifications, camera, and photo access are each independently revocable, and the app remains usable with them switched off (for example, you can type a pickup address manually instead of granting location). Order updates by SMS, email, or WhatsApp can be turned off in Settings → Notifications.

Data retention. After deletion we retain only what is required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, such as completed order and payment records, and only for as long as the applicable law requires. You may also request a copy of your data using the contact details below, and we aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
